1. Enrollment & Eligibility
· Who can join – Specific eligibility requirements exist for each level
· Parental consent is required for minors
2. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
· Class fee is as per the respective level chosen
· Class fee is payable in advance for 4 weeks on 2nd of every calendar month
· An invoice will be raised and the payment is to be made online via bank transfer or debit card
· If the course begins or ends mid month, pro rata fees will be calculated
· For delays in payments beyond 7 days from date of invoice, a penalty of 50% of invoice will be collected
· No refunds are issued for the month. However, in case of dis-satisfation the course can be terminated before a fresh month’s invoice is raised.
· Trial class is offered at £30 per hour, payable atleast 24 hours in advance of the trial class.
3. Class Schedule & Attendance
· Class timings will be agreed upon in the initial meeting. Time zones applicable will be – London GMT during winters and BST during summers.
· Classes can be rescheduled with atleast 24 hours notice. Any class cancelled later than 24 hours or no shows will be treated as cancelled and a make up class shall not be provided.
· If the teacher needs to reschedule a class, atleast 24 hours notice will be provided to the student. In case of last minute cancellations, make up class will be provided.
· Minimum number of hours are required to be completed per course (as mentioned in curriculum handbook)
4. Online Conduct & Etiquette
· A basic level of behavior is expected during lessons (respect towards the teacher, no disruptions unless unavoidable, only one student must be present in class)
· A quite space, with a proper table and chair set up is expected by the student during the class
· Student must have the video and audio on at all times to ensure maximum participation
5. Technical Requirements
· Internet connectivity is to be ensured
· Student must join using a laptop or a desktop
· If technical issues persist every class, make up classes may not be provided
6. Intellectual Property
· Students are not allowed to record classes
· Any classes recorded as per student’s request will be shared to the student and help by us until the completion of course by the student
· Recording of classes provided to the student are required to be used only for personal learning purposes
· Students are prohibited from sharing, copying, or reselling course material
7. Privacy & Data Protection
· UK GDPR rules will be followed

8. Cancellation & Termination
· If any student does not maintain conduct, behaviour and etiquette during classes, the teacher can decide to cancel the classes with or without consultation
· To withdraw from a course, the student is required to provide full reasoning and have a discussion with the teacher before doing so. On withdrawal the fees paid for the month shall not be refunded. However, future fees shall not be collected.
10. Parental Responsibility (for minors)
· Supervision requirements – a parent is required to be present in the same room as the student
· Parental Consent is required for recordings
· Parents will be Responsible for behavior and technical setup
